This is not your average massage. Fascial Release is an evidence-supported manual therapy that targets the connective tissue (fascia). The therapist focuses on contacting the layers of connective tissue through a slow, shearing, gripping touch — stimulating the fibroblasts and sensory/motor neurons — which improve tissue hydration, glide, viscosity, elasticity, plasticity, and increase collagen production. Working with this system aids to restore tissue alignment, vascular tension and fluid flow — overall reducing pain, and improve function long term. Combining Structural Integration, cranial techniques, visceral work, and trauma-informed care, this session is customized to your body’s unique patterns and needs. Whether you're healing from long standing mechanical issues, chronic pain, or just want to feel more in your body again — this is where deep change begins. Sessions are customized to your needs based on a thorough orthopedic assessment and may also include the following: • Diaphragm & Visceral Manipulation • Neurovascular Release • Cranial + TMJ/Jaw release • Facial Massage • Deep Tissue + Trigger Point Therapy • Stretching • Relaxation Recommended for: • Chronic pain • Athletic Support • Biomechanical issues and postural re-patterning • TMJD + Head/Neck Pathologies • Numbness + Tingling • Long term stress, emotional holding or trauma
