A fresh approach in manual therapy. As a clinician, I use the latest evidence-based techniques as well as my knowledge in nervous system regulation, spatial medicine and structural integration when creating your treatment plan. I combine the efficacy of myofascial release with my knowledge of advanced biomechanics to stimulate the nervous system, neurovascular tissues and fascial structures, respecting the interconnectedness of the body. This approach benefits anyone with a body who’s ready for change. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, high stress, postural issues, an old injury, or lingering trauma, this approach meets you where you’re at. Common results are pain relief, decreased inflammation, nervous system regulation, increased body literacy and a general feeling of freedom + openness in your body. My treatments are effective but intense, and will change the way you understand the body. I pay respect to Tom Myers work (Anatomy Trains) and Dr. Perry Nickleston (Stop Chasing Pain) as well as the work of Graham Scarr (Biotensegrity). I provide Integrative support from assessment to discharge by respecting the biopsychosocial aspects of health through referral, coaching, inclusivity and advice, as well as my ongoing commitment to continuing education.
