THE ULTIMATE SESSION: IMPORTANT - READ ALL

Are you someone who feels like we could spend 1 hour on just one area and leaves feeling unsatisfied? Or perhaps you need a full relaxation session first, before your body can be ready for deeper work? Do you have a lot of what feels like stored emotions and stress in your body? 

Then this is for you. 
This is for the person who needs a full afternoon.

The session is customized to your needs - relaxation, myofascial, breathwork, pnf activation - you can have it all! 

What it looks like:
-Starting with full body relaxation massage, sound healing and essential oils
-A deluxe application of Beauty From Bees Body Serum: Your choice between a gourmand lemon cake scent, or an invigorating citrus mint. 
-Hot Towel application with red light therapy with a water break
-Full body Myofascial Release Session 

Other Info:
-The fee covers the cost of my day plus supplies and labour, so my full attention can be on you. 
-The session will be a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 6. 
-The session starts with a full assessment or re-assessment; you will lead the session from the start. Tell me what hurts, what feels misaligned, and what you need. 
How long we treat will be your decision. Some people feel that they need more time, some people need less.


Non-Refundable Deposit Required: $500
*Bring spandex athletic shorts and a sports bra if you have these items. 
*Do not book work for yourself on this day or the following day. I want you to reap the full benefits of the appointment. You'll want to start the day not stressed, and end the day not stressed. 
*Recommended aftercare to follow up this appointment: hydrotherapy spa or hot bath, light food, lots of water, and good sleep!
*Do not lift heavy weights for 24-48 hours after this appointment. Light movement such as walking or a yoga flow is encouraged.
