Red light therapy is now available as an optional add-on to your Integrative Fascial Release sessions at Freer Wellness. Our medical-grade panel combines 660nm Red Light and 850nm Near-Infrared Light to target both surface-level skin and deeper fascial layers:

660nm Red Light: Penetrates skin tissue to stimulate collagen, improve tone and elasticity, reduce inflammation, and support wound or scar healing.

850nm Near-Infrared Light: Reaches deeper into muscles, fascia, and joints to boost circulation, reduce pain, and enhance tissue recovery at the cellular level.
